Advisory services only

Eleven 186 provides strategic, operational, and advisory services, including fractional and interim executive capacity where an engagement provides for it. Engagements are advisory and executional in nature. No engagement guarantees a particular result, including market entry, revenue, customers, partners, hiring outcomes, financing, or any other business outcome.

No securities, brokerage, or investment banking services

Eleven 186 is not a broker-dealer, placement agent, investment bank, finder, or investment adviser, and is not registered as any of those. Eleven 186 does not offer or sell securities, does not solicit investors on behalf of any company, does not negotiate securities transactions, and does not accept compensation that is based on, or contingent upon, the size or completion of any financing or other transaction.

Capital-related work described on this site means capital strategy, capital requirements analysis, investor-readiness preparation, narrative and materials development, investor landscape mapping, and coordination with securities counsel, accountants, investment banks, and registered broker-dealers where a transaction requires them. Where a client's objective requires regulated securities activity, that activity is performed by appropriately licensed professionals, not by Eleven 186.

Introductions

Any introduction Eleven 186 makes, whether to a potential customer, partner, lender, investor, professional adviser, institution, or government body, is discretionary and is made only where Eleven 186 believes there is a genuine strategic fit. Introductions are not sold, are not guaranteed in any scope of work, are not offered in any promised quantity, and are not compensated on a per-introduction or transaction basis. An engagement does not purchase access to Eleven 186's relationships, and no introduction implies an endorsement of, or any diligence on, either party.

Third-party professionals

Eleven 186 may identify, recommend, select, coordinate, and manage third-party professionals, including attorneys, accountants, tax advisers, recruiters, bankers, engineers, and other specialists. Those professionals are engaged separately and remain solely responsible for their own services, advice, work product, licensing, and professional obligations. Their fees and costs are separate from, and not included in, Eleven 186's fees unless an engagement agreement expressly states otherwise.

Legal workstreams

Eleven 186 does not practice law and does not provide legal advice. Where an engagement refers to contract terms, working drafts, negotiation of business provisions, or coordination of legal workstreams, that work is commercial in nature and is performed alongside, and subject to the review of, licensed counsel engaged by the client.

Equity and other compensation arrangements

Eleven 186 may, at its discretion and in selected engagements, elect to receive a portion of its professional fees as equity, options, warrants, profits interests, or other equity-linked participation. Cash compensation is always required and equity never replaces it entirely. There is no standard percentage or standard structure. Any such arrangement depends on the specific facts of the company and the engagement, is subject to legal and tax review by both parties, and is effective only when set out in separate definitive agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a commitment, or an agreed term with respect to any such arrangement.

Fees and engagement terms

Any fee, rate, minimum, or capacity level published on this website is indicative and is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a binding term. Actual fees and scope are set out in a written engagement agreement.

Website analytics

This website records how it is used: which pages are visited, which links and buttons are used, how far an article is read, and where a visit came from (for example a search engine, a campaign link, or a referring site). To connect the pages of one visit, the site stores two random identifiers in your browser. They contain no personal information, are not shared with other websites, and are not used to identify you across devices. The site sets no cookies for this purpose.

If you submit the contact form, subscribe to insights, or complete the Operating Diagnostic, the information you enter is stored so we can respond, together with the same visit identifiers. Nothing you type into a form is sent to any analytics service. Where a third-party analytics service is used, it receives the same anonymous usage data and no form content, with IP addresses discarded and any session recording masked and disabled on the contact and diagnostic pages. Email info@eleven186.io to ask what is held about a submission you made or to have it deleted.
