Free. No call. No commitment.

Find out what is actually wrong.

The Operating Diagnostic. Twelve questions, about two minutes. It scores three parts of how your business runs today: demand, conversion, and operations. At the end you get a scorecard, an estimated leak range, and a prioritized list of what to fix first. No call. No pitch. You keep the scorecard either way.

Takes about 2 minutes.

What it measures

The diagnostic scores three systems, not one number pretending to cover everything. Twelve questions, four per pillar.

Demand
How customers find you, and whether that pipeline is predictable or depends on referrals and luck.
Conversion
What happens after a lead shows up: how fast you follow up, what falls through the cracks, and whether you can see your close rate at all.
Operations
How much of the business still routes through you, how much is documented, and how much of your tool stack actually gets used.

What you get at the end

The result is a scorecard: an overall score, a score for each of the three pillars, and an estimated annual range for what the gaps are costing you. Underneath that is a prioritized fix plan, ranked by where the largest gap sits, not by what happens to be for sale. Where the feature is available, results also include a short written read generated from your answers. If that read does not load, the scored plan and the fix plan stand on their own.

A starting point, not a verdict

A twelve-question scorecard tells you where to look first. It is not a verdict on your business. What you do with it is up to you. Some people work the fix plan on their own. Some come back afterward and tell us the problem. Either is a fine outcome.
